Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for Electrical and Mechanical equipment.

• Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of machinery to minimise production interruptions.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

• Supervise and lead a team of electrical and mechanical technicians.

• Provide training and development to enhance technical skills and safety awareness.

• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Analyse equipment performance data to identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machine reliability and efficiency.

• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to avoid downtime.

• Optimise maintenance costs through effective planning and resource allocation.

• Evaluate and approve vendor contracts for maintenance services.

• Drive initiatives to reduce breakdowns and improve equipment performance.

• Support capital projects and equipment upgrades.

• Manage and control the yearly budget for his department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree inMechatronics/mechanical /Industrial Engineering

• 4-6 years of experience in a related or similar role preferably FMCG

• Good Communications skills

• Very Good Command of English
