Maintenance Planning Senior Engineer

We are looking for a Maintenance Planning Senior Engineer to lead planning activities, ensure effective coordination between field teams and systems, and support maintenance performance through structured planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up daily work notifications and work orders, providing planning and material support to field teams.
• Prepare and manage daily maintenance plans for workshop and field crews.
• Ensure required materials, spare parts, and equipment are available on-site in line with maintenance schedules.
• Prepare work permits and site entry documentation for planned maintenance activities.
• Manage work order lifecycle, scheduling, follow-up, and closure activities in SAP PM.
• Plan and track preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance activities within maintenance systems.
• Monitor maintenance data, downtime, failures, and safety-related records with systematic documentation.
• Perform reporting, KPI tracking, and maintenance performance analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into digital maintenance and planning systems.
• Coordinate material requirement planning and stock follow-up with warehouse and supply teams.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in maintenance planning within industrial or process plants.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation systems in process facilities.
• Strong experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and reporting processes.
• Working knowledge of maintenance strategies and spare parts management.
• Proven experience with SAP PM and MM modules.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and analytical skills.
