Scope:
Develop, coordinate, and controlling daily, weekly, and long‑range maintenance schedules while ensuring all planned, corrective, and preventive activities are fully aligned with Operations, Inspection, Reliability, Engineering, and Procurement.
Key Duties, Responsibility & Accountabilities:

Develop and manage daily and weekly SATORP maintenance schedules, including backlog, corrective, and preventive maintenance activities

Coordinate with Operations, Inspection, Technical, Projects, and Reliability teams to validate work scope, job plans, manpower, and timing.

Lead Daily & Weekly Scheduling Meetings and ensure alignment with SATORP production priorities.

Utilize SATORP’s CMMS System to manage work order flow, schedule compliance, and work progress.

Prepare and review detailed work scopes, resource estimates, job durations, and required permits to ensure work is executed safely and efficiently.

Ensure availability of materials, spare parts, and special tools in coordination with the Procurement & Warehousing departments.

Serve as the primary focal point between Maintenance Planners, Operations, and field crews for schedule clarity and preparation.

Reprioritize work in response to equipment failures, emergency jobs, and operational constraints.

Facilitate coordination with contractors and service providers to ensure readiness and compliance.

Generate schedule performance KPIs: schedule compliance, wrench time, backlog aging, and PM completion rates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Associate degree in Engineering or technical discipline
8 - 10 years of experience in petrochemical plants
Core Competencies

Strong understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.

Strong proficiency with CMMS platforms (SAP) and maintenance scheduling processes.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills with ability to prioritize in a dynamic operating environment.

Knowledge of Petrochemical process equipment (rotating, static, electrical, instrumentation).
