Maintenance Supervisor

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
• Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
• Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, and drains.
• Review and lead any preventive maintenance on the critical and non-critical assets installed at the facility includes HVAC & Split unit systems, Electrical boards (LTs and MDBs) and any other equipment requiring general preventive services
• To provide the GAP analysis on any asset maintenance and the shortcomings
• Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
• Perform & arrange resources for carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
• Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
• Maintenance Supervisor will verify the rates and have a strong grip on market rates. Will verify the invoicing of all the jobs done.
• Will work on the brand image and will be responsible to remain the outlet as per Multinational Standards, as directed by Regional Maintenance Head.
• Will have to work in close coordination with the Operations team along with directly managing fleet of at least 10 technicians. Must be flexible with traveling to multiple outlets at odd timings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Preferably B.TEC (Electrical/Mechanical)
• Experience to handle multiple outlets at a time
• Multinational Food Chain Industry Experience will be preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
