Maintenance Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our building maintenance company. You will oversee a team of technicians and a team to ensure all civil, electrical, plumbing, painting and cleaning works are completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare assessment and completion reports, and material requests
• Prepare work schedules, material requests, and progress reports for management.
• Manage manpower allocation and productivity
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary
• Supervise daily maintenance activities and manage manpower for daily works.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance supervision or technical field work.
• Proven experience in maintenance or renovation projects
• Knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, and MEP systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical issues in the buildings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (added advantage).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
