As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will responsible for the regulatory compliance and overall maintenance at our prestigious facility and state of the art equipment at our St. Charles, IL location!

5.30pm to 2.30am - with flexibility

Main Responsibilities:

• Preventative Maintenance Services
• Equipment Maintenance Services
• Facility Management and Security Systems
• Coordination on Emergency Systems
• Support Services to North America plants
• Health and Safety Management Systems
• Customer Experience
• People Leadership

Qualifications:

• Post secondary education in industrial mechanical field
• Licensed Millwright or electrician
• Licensed HVAC, electrical, plumbing an asset
• 5+ years (after receiving millwright or electrician license which is 5 years) in a manufacturing setting and demonstrated leading people
• Multi-cultural environment experience an asset
• SAP an asset
• Working with extruders and mills an asset

Pay: $80,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
