Maintenance Supervisor-Filling & Packing Machines

Experience-3-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise daily operation, preventive, and corrective maintenance of

filling, sealing, capping, labeling, and packing machines (bottle, jar, tin,

and pouch).

 Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to reduce

breakdown time.

 Monitor machine performance and identify improvement opportunities.

 Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all

packaging machines.

 Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and breakdown reports

 Allocate jobs, provide technical guidance, and ensure proper execution.

 Maintain stock of critical spare parts and consumables.

 Strong knowledge of filling and packaging machines (bottle, jar, tin,

pouch).

 Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

 Experience in maintenance of packaging machinery, preferably in the

edible oil / FMCG / food processing industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
