Maintenance Team Leader - Automotive Plant

Required For Saudi Arabia

Maintain and improve machines and equipments in production area

Manage maintenance team members and organise their activities on site

Obey and complete instructions given by engineers or HoS

•Execute his jobs according to departman work instructions and company general rules

.•Organise and motivate team members according to planned maintenance activities•Plan, make job distribution and follow the completion of regular/irregular maintenance activities

•Prepare regular problems and troubleshooting activity reports and submit to HoS

•Follow attendance and overtime status of his team members and report to HoS

•Organise internal trainings and skill up activities for team technicians•Plan and execute new improvements regarding to cost saving , efficiency increase and line stop ratio decrease and report to HoS

•Follow spare part stock level and fixed asset equipments list, keep update and report to HoS

Manpower handling skill , MS office

Min. 6 ~ 8 years as Maintenance member in Manufacturing Industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs300,000.00 per month
