What You’ll Do

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (required)
• Perform general apartment maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, etc.)
• Assist with turns and make-readies
• Maintain buildings, grounds, and common areas
• Respond to on-call maintenance emergencies
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with OSHA and EPA standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous multifamily maintenance experience required
• Strong general knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting and repair
• EPA certification preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• High school diploma or GED
