What we need from YOU
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Ability to stand, sit, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push/pull and lift/carry items frequently throughout the workday
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license (preferred)
Job Description:
- Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps in walls etc.
- Preventative Maintenance: snaking drains, touch up paint, staining furniture, etc.
- Installing and maintaining equipment & fixtures.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)
- Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
- Responsible for trash, groundskeeping, stocking supplies, pool maintenance, etc
- Collaborate with other professionals during renovations
- Report to General Manager or facilities maintenance manager
