Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping duties such as mowing, lawn care, tree trimming, gardening, and landscape maintenance to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment like excavators to carry out construction, hardscape installation, or repair projects
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and perform repairs promptly
• Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Maintain snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access around the property
• Assist with tree care activities including pruning, trimming, and planting to promote healthy growth
• Support general building maintenance tasks such as fixing fixtures, repairing surfaces, or installing new equipment

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and machinery safely and effectively
• Experience in lawn care, landscaping, gardening, and horticulture practices
• Familiarity with construction processes and hardscape installation techniques
• Ability to perform tree care activities such as trimming and pruning with precision
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and snow plowing procedures for seasonal maintenance needs
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment like excavators for diverse projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges
• Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
