Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and energetic individual to join our team as Manager Medical Services. This role is pivotal in overseeing clinical operations across our network of clinics in Karachi. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a commitment to service quality, and the ability to manage medical staff and resources efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to clinics to evaluate performance and support clinical staff.
• Identify operational and quality gaps and implement corrective measures in alignment with organizational standards.
• Oversee daily clinical operations, including scheduling and deployment of Medical Officers.
• Analyze operational and clinical data to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
• Develop and enforce clinic policies and procedures in accordance with healthcare regulations and ethical practices.
• Ensure organizational compliance with PMDC and all relevant regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and execution of clinical initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBBS degree (mandatory)
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in clinical or hospital operations management

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Effective leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare data analysis tools
• High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical judgment
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Analytical and problem-solving approach to operational challenges
• Willingness to travel extensively across Karachi is essential
• Male candidates are preferred due to the nature of fieldwork and mobility requirements
