Male Receptionist

- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls.

- Dealing with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via email.

- Receive and direct visitors and clients

- Supervising the office maintenance and the daily operations of the attendants.

- Arranging, monitoring and document filing of courier deliveries, inbound and outbound.

- Assisting the accounts with billing and release of payments.

- Assisting the administration department with filing, dealing and follow ups.

- Maintain office supply inventories, arranging stationeries purchases and distribution of the same.

- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.

- Handling and coordinating printing jobs.

- Monitoring car maintenance and other related services of all company owned vehicles.

- Monitoring and preparing monthly reports for online accounts, office and private.

- Report summary and payment reconciliation on monthly telephone bills for the company and the owner’s accounts.

- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings inside and out of the office.

- Dealing with sales, purchasing, and collections for the company owner/s and head office.

- Developing, Monitoring and verifying invoicing and delivery procedures for head office.

- Performs other duties as assigned by the President and the higher management.

-Preferably a graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management.

- Arabic speaker preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
