We’re Hiring! – Mall Manager (LDS Mall, Jhang)

• Location: LDS Mall, Jhang
• Position: Mall Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee mall operations, including security, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Coordinate with retail tenants and ensure compliance with policies
• Drive footfall and customer engagement through events and promotions
• Monitor budgets, revenue streams, and operational expenses
• Ensure a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment
• Lead and supervise the mall’s operational staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in mall/retail management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle tenant relations and operational challenges effectively
