Overview:

As a Senior Manager in the Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice at Accenture in the Middle East, you will deliver innovative solutions that drive value and ensure exceptional client outcomes predominantly in the Portfolio, Program, and Project Controls domain. This role is pivotal in deepening client engagements, identifying new business opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams within the Infrastructure and Capital Projects business across Accenture’s Products and Health & Public Services operating groups in the region. You will also be required to own and develop our partnership with Oracle Construction and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their business needs and strategic priorities.
• Lead the client account team in the planning and execution of client projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with industry experts and service leads to devise comprehensive, customized solutions that address client challenges.
• Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and risk, ensuring profitable and successful delivery of services.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and Accenture’s service teams, facilitating smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to offer insights and recommendations that keep the client ahead in their market.
• Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within the client organization and collaborating with internal teams on proposals and presentations.
• Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning within the team.

• Proven ability to partner with relevant software vendors in the market
• Proven ability to develop a pipeline of opportunities

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

• Experience in the Infrastructure & Capital Projects domain leading implementations of relevant digital solutions
• 15+ years experience ,preferably from consulting/strategy organizations
• Minimum of Bachelor degree
