Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Management Information Systems (MIS) Specialist – RCM to lead automation initiatives across all departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, automation, and revenue cycle management (RCM), with the ability to streamline processes and implement efficient reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate existing reports across departments using MS Excel and other tools.
• Train data entry and eligibility teams on automation best practices.
• Partner with the Development team to integrate automation into the system for manual reports.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Design and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in MIS, data management, and process automation.
• Strong expertise in RCM and automation tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and training skills.
