Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced AI & Automation Specialist to join a leading EU-based digital marketing agency. This is a senior/expert-level position requiring exceptional proficiency in English both written and oral.

The AI & Automation Specialist will play a critical role in streamlining and enhancing our business operations by leveraging advanced automation tools like Zapier and Make (formerly Integromat). The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in integrating multiple AI tools, optimizing marketing processes, and automating workflows across various platforms, including CRM systems, Slack, and other essential business tools. The person will be a vital part of the company's digital transformation efforts, ensuring that our processes are optimized, scalable, and aligned with our strategic objectives. They will be the go-to expert for automation, working closely with leadership and departments to create and maintain robust automated systems, ultimately driving efficiency and innovation within the organization.

Requirements:

* Extensive hands-on experience with Zapier & Make is essential, with a proven track record of creating complex automation workflows ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

* At least 3 years experience in automating marketing, communications and CRM systems with the ability to troubleshoot issues in automation workflows and systems.

* Ability to create clear, detailed documentation and guides for automated processes in excellent English

* Proven experience in managing automation projects from inception through to completion with ability to prioritize tasks, manage timeline

* Knowledge of other automation tools, such as Microsoft Power Automate, IFTTT, or custom scripting (Python, JavaScript), is beneficial.

* Ability to focus on outcomes, ensuring that automations deliver tangible benefits to the business.

Building processes through AI and Zapier: 2 years (Required)
