Key responsibilities:
- Understanding and knowledge of conference topics.
- Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research on search engines, LinkedIn and cold calling.
- Phone and email communication with prospects.
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Making 110+ calls every day.
- Working closely with the manager to close sponsorship deals.
- Scheduling callbacks with prospects and potentially closing deals.
- Drafting sponsorship contracts.
- Creating presentations or pitches for each individual conference assigned
- Maintaining positive business relationships with existing clients to ensure future sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively to ensure project success.
What we require?
- Experience in B2B telesales, Sales & Marketing is a plus.
- Fresh Graduates can also applied
- Understanding of the sales processes and dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (company language).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to negotiate.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced work environment.
- Team player but also able to work independently.
- Effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities concurrently.
