- Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and manage time-off processes.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, deductions, and adjustments.
- Maintain up-to-date and compliant personnel files in line with labor laws.
- Assist with statutory compliance (e.g., P.F, PESSI) and HR audits.
- Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies.
- Manage onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Manage employee exit formalities, including conducting exit interviews.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct across functions.
