Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate the interview process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and employee records.
  • Support HR operations, including onboarding, employee engagement activities, and documentation.
  • Assist in processing employee requests related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll queries.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing emails, and organizing HR files.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
  • Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) atleast Basic knowledge.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
