Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate the interview process.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and employee records.
- Support HR operations, including onboarding, employee engagement activities, and documentation.
- Assist in processing employee requests related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll queries.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing emails, and organizing HR files.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
- Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) atleast Basic knowledge.
- Knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
