Role Summary:
Responsible for learning and supporting sales operations, generating leads, engaging potential clients, and assisting in achieving revenue targets. The role involves direct customer interaction, product knowledge development, and execution of sales activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.

  • Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and client engagement activities.

  • Present products/services to potential customers in a professional manner.

  • Prepare and maintain sales records, reports, and CRM updates.

  • Participate in meetings, training, and field visits as required.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.

  • Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA/B.Com or related field preferred).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to adapt and work in a goal-driven environment.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
