About the Program

Our MTO program is a structured learning and development journey where selected candidates will be trained in:

Warehouse operations and process optimization

Supply chain planning and coordination

Inventory management and control systems

Reporting, analysis, and use of ERP tools

Team supervision and leadership skills

Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will be offered permanent positions at a supervisory or managerial level, depending on performance.

Who We’re Looking For

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience

Preferred degrees: BBA / MBA (Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related fields)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the organization
