Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our facility. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and enhancing overall service quality and client satisfaction. The Manager will be responsible for supervising staff performance, managing budgets and resources efficiently, and driving continuous improvement across departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and excellent organizational skills, with a focus on operational excellence and team development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a managerial role; experience in the medical or healthcare field is preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in management software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
