Role Overview

As the Pharmaceutical Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day production, supply chain, quality compliance, and process optimization to ensure the efficient and compliant manufacture of pharmaceutical products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA/QC, R&D, regulatory, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and streamline manufacturing operations to meet production goals and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and other global regulatory standards
• Oversee supply chain, inventory management, and vendor coordination
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with QA/QC and regulatory teams during audits and inspections
• Develop SOPs, training programs, and performance metrics for operational teams
• Manage budgets, timelines, and team performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or operations
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, ICH, and quality compliance frameworks
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale operations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• ERP or manufacturing system knowledge (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
