Manager Accounts

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager - Accounts to lead our accounting team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and management, with a focus on the chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

- Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and cash flow statements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business growth and profitability

Requirements:

- CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) with 8-12 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the chemical industry

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles,

- Proficient in ERP systems, such as tally, and MS Office, particularly Excel

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with ability to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
