Manager / Asst. Manager (Field HR)

Job Role:

· Manage end-to-end HR operations for field staff

· Handle recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination & compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)

· Conduct site visits & resolve employee issues

· Maintain HR records & prepare MIS reports

· Drive engagement & ensure HR policy implementation

Skills Required:

· Strong communication & people management

· Good knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance

· Ready to travel to different sites

· Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
