Manager Audit (Retail)

WE ARE HIRING: Manager Internal Audit – Retail Sector

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager Internal Audit to join our dynamic team in the Retail Industry. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in retail audit functions, strong analytical skills, and expertise in SAP B1.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the internal audit function across retail operations.
• Develop and implement risk-based audit plans for stores, warehouses, and head office functions.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.
• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits.
• Ensure integrity of retail processes including inventory management, sales, cash handling, stock movements, and store operations.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights for senior management.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations to strengthen internal controls.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for audit planning and risk assessment.
• Utilize SAP B1 for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Professional qualification: ACCA, CA (Part Qualified), CIA, CMA, or related degree.
• Experience: 6–10 years of massive retail sector experience—preferably managing audits for multi-store retail environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is mandatory.
• Strong grip on internal controls, financial reporting, and operational audit frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to lead and manage audit teams effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
