Manager Business Development - Lahore - Immediate Hiring

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and client satisfaction.

· Conduct research to identify new markets, industry trends, and client needs.

· Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients.

· Promote the company’s products and services by effectively addressing and anticipating client objectives.

· Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

· Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices.

· Provide reliable feedback and deliver exceptional after-sales support.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

· Mentor, train, and develop entry-level staff into valuable sales professionals.

Requirements

· Education: BBA / B.Com (or equivalent).

· Age Limit: 25 – 35 years.

· Gender: Male.

· Experience: Minimum 3–4 years, preferably in the financial sector.

Skills & Competencies:

· Proven working experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

· Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience in customer support will be considered an advantage.

· Proficiency in MS Office

· Strong market knowledge and business acumen.

· Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Strong time management, organizational, and planning abilities.
