Manager - Business Development(Industrial UPS)

India

Designation: Senior Manager/AGM – Business Development

Exp: 12 - 15 years of experience in business development or technical sales for industrial UPS

Location: Open for Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Hyderabad locations.

This role involves handling PAN India Business development for Industrial UPS business, and it will Individual contributor roles and average of 30-40% travel across India based on the requirement.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

  • B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics) or MBA from reputed institute.
  • 12 - 15 years of experience in business development or technical sales for industrial UPS.

Skills and abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Good understanding of UPS/Similar industrial product sales process and experience of influencing technical teams during RFQ creation
  • Proven track record of creating market entry into new segments for industrial products
  • Experience of working with end customers and consultants to influence positioning/preference of industrial products
  • Exposure to /Knowledge of semiconductor/electronics manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a global team setup and track multiple projects.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel domestic/international on short notice.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,800,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Business development: 10 years (Required)
  • Industrail UPS: 8 years (Required)
