Job Title
: Manager, Business Planning & Insights
Drive SS&SC business planning and performance governance, integrating planning cycles, KPIs, dashboard development, and decision-support inputs to the CSSO. Provide analysis and forward-looking insights to support strategic alignment, issue flagging, and functional accountability.

Job Specific Accountabilities

Lead and coordinate the annual and midyear business planning cycles across SS&SC, ensuring alignment with SMO and CSSO direction.

Consolidate functional business plans and KPIs into a sector-wide roadmap, resolving gaps or overlaps across teams.

Own the CSSO dashboard lifecycle, including KPI collection, validation, formatting, and monthly updates to the CSSO.

Monitor plan execution progress and analyze functional performance data to flag underperformance, risks, or misalignments.

Provide support to SS&SC functions where required to ensure cross-functional cohesion and collaboration.

Prepare CSSO-facing performance summaries, including quarterly review packs, dashboard insights, and planning updates.

Serve as a core decision-support point for the CSSO by preparing briefings, aligning planning data with strategic needs, and flagging high-risk areas.

Coordinate with other EBMO roles (especially Expenditure Efficiency and Project Delivery) to align planning assumptions with initiative execution.

Liaise with SMO and CEO’s Office on strategic alignment and performance inputs from SS&SC.

Maintain and update templates, trackers, and planning tools used across business planning processes
