OCS in Hiring for Civil Manager (Navi Mumbai- Ulwe)

Degree in Civil 12 years of experience in similar field, or Diploma holder in the same discipline with at least 15 years of experience.

Purpose of Role •

To ensure the smooth functioning of all systems as prescribed in SLA.

• Proper Co-ordination with NMIAL and the other Stakeholder.

• Accountable for all work and personnel.

2) Responsibilities:

• Proper functions of Civil and PHE Systems

• Responsible for planning and Supervising of Maintenance and troubleshooting work

• Manpower Deployment & Development

• Material Management

• Implementing Innovations, Best practices & Energy Saving Measures

• Preparation and Circulation of MOM

• Preparation for Contingency Plan

• Attendance and Leave Management

• Improvement works

• Preparation of Reports

• Supervisions of Operation

• Problem diagnosis to identify faults, Root Cause Analysis and Rectification of defects on Priority

• Monitoring of 5’S in assigned work area

• Walk through in the work area

• Consumption Reports

• Report of PM Schedule and Performed

• Suggest Energy/Water Saving Measures 3) Key Deliverables:

• Smooth Functioning of O&M Team

• Performing Maintenance as per Schedule

• Availability of System and Equipment

• Manpower Deployment

• Reports

• Zero Faults
