Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager – Corporate Health (Individual Contributor Role)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to spearhead the sales of Group Medical Cover (GMC) policies to corporate clients. This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone with a strong network, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in selling insurance or financial products to businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and generate new corporate leads for Group Health Insurance (GMC) policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, CXOs, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiate policy terms and pricing.
• Collaborate with insurance partners to design customized health insurance solutions (OPD, wellness, etc.).
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and premium targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
• Ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sale support.
• Upsell/cross-sell other General Insurance products and services.

Key Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 2–6 years of B2B sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred).
• Strong business acumen, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in selling Group Health Insurance, GMC, or Employee Benefits is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

• Existing network with corporate HR/admin teams.
• Knowledge of IRDAI regulations related to corporate insurance.
• Experience managing large accounts and renewals.
• Good understanding of the Bangalore market.
