Manager Costing & Budgeting

We are looking for an experienced Manager Costing & Budgeting to oversee cost analysis, financial planning, and budget management. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can provide accurate costing insights, ensure effective resource allocation, and support strategic decision-making for organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct product costing, variance analysis, and profitability assessments.
  • Analyze direct/indirect costs and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Prepare financial models and business performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cost optimization.
  • Support management with financial insights for strategic planning.
  • Lead and train the finance team in costing and budgeting functions.

Requirements

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in costing and budgeting.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial planning, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Professional certifications (CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA).
  • Experience in manufacturing or production industry costing.
  • Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling expertise.
