Partnership Development
- Identify and engage potential corporate, institutional, and philanthropic partners/donors aligned with the organization’s mission.
- Develop tailored partnership proposals, sponsorship decks, and donor communications.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements ensuring mutual benefit and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
- Actively pursue opportunities to bring in monetary and in-kind donations to support ongoing and new initiatives.
Campaigns & Fundraising Initiatives
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and donor engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the communications team to create impactful promotional and awareness materials.
- Develop strategies to increase individual and corporate giving through sustained engagement.
- Monitor fundraising targets, donation inflows, and partnership outcomes while preparing regular performance reports.
Grant Writing & Proposal Development
- Research local and international funding opportunities.
- Prepare compelling grant proposals, concept notes, and funding requests.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and all required donor reports.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent the organization in external forums, conferences, and networking events to strengthen visibility and relationships.
- Build community trust through transparent reporting and impact-driven communication.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain an updated database of partners, sponsors, and funding opportunities.
- Track all donation-related documentation, acknowledgments, and receipts.
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, partnership management, or donor relations (preferably in the nonprofit or social impact sector).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
