Job Title: Manager Engineering
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power), Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. PEC registration is mandatory.
Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in engineering management, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
Skills:

• Proven expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment, including HVAC, generator sets, blast chillers, ovens, boilers, pumps, and machinery used in manufacturing assembly lines.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and enhancing overall plant efficiency.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing maintenance strategies, SOPs, and cost-control measures.
• Strong technical knowledge related to utility operations, industrial machinery, and engineering best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex maintenance challenges.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for effective cross-departmental interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all Engineering Department functions to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operational readiness of plant machinery and utilities.
• Oversee and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring timely repair works and minimal equipment downtime.
• Develop maintenance procedures, strategies, and methods to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and safety.
• Monitor and control maintenance costs while ensuring maximum efficiency and resource optimization.
• Maintain strong coordination with all functional departments for swift resolution of maintenance-related issues.
• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems, generator sets, blast chillers, ovens, boilers, pumps, and all equipment installed across manufacturing facilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to upgrade production facilities and engineering controls.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and equipment reliability requirements.
