IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Be responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of the transport network in Haripur, including fiber operations, long-haul, metro, and access networks. The role oversees the FMC team to ensure timely fault resolution, network availability, and achievement of MTTR targets. It also involves managing fiber deployment projects, optimizing network and power resources, utilizing SAP for operational activities, and leveraging data management and analysis to support efficient network performance and decision-making.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:

• Support field teams to achieve KPIs and sales targets by communicating with potential leads
• Facilitate copper to GPON transformation by budget planning, obtaining network requirements, and estimating the project timeline. Shareplans for transformation with the planning team.
• Monitoring Copper/GPON faults and maintaining quality of Copper/GPON installation. Train field teams on Copper/GPON sales, installation, maintenance and related issues
• Initiate HR processes for hiring Third-Party Installers (TPI) based upon specific project requirements while monitoring and updatingemployee data, attendance, and correspondence on Maximo (software).
• Inform HQs with Copper/GPON issues (disconnection or maintenance) through Senior Managers. Bridge communication between seniormanagers and assistant managers, for delegating tasks and answering relevant queries.
• Coordinate with the field team to upload passive hierarchy data for GPON networks and upload the data for network optimization activities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Qualification:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Marster's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Telecom)

Experience:

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
