Location: Lahore

HRPSP is seeking an experienced Manager Finance to lead our finance team and provide strategic financial guidance. If you excel in financial management, accounting, and business strategy, we want you on our team!

As the Manager Finance, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving financial performance to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Budgeting

• Develop, implement, and monitor annual budgets.
• Analyze financial forecasts and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Cash Flow Management

• Monitor cash flow and manage company liquidity.
• Develop strategies to optimize working capital.

Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial audits, and internal controls.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Team Management

• Supervise and mentor the finance team.
• Provide training and professional development opportunities.

Strategic Contribution

• Provide financial insights to assist senior management in strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations.

Other Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including Treasury, Accounts, Planning & Budgeting, and Taxation.
• Maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and tax authorities.
• Develop and implement SAP systems for financial monitoring and control.
• Present financial standings and insights to the Management Committee.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications:
• CA Inter/CA Finalist with 10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Mindset:
• A strategic thinker who can provide actionable financial insights to drive business decisions.
