Manager – Finance, Operations & Data Management

Description

The Manager – Finance, Operations and Data Management, will be managing Finance, Data, and Operations for Community Engagement and Development, ensuring efficient execution and data-driven decision-making. He/She will oversee the operations, budget and procurement of Vocational, Water, and CELC programmes.

Required Skills

Technical Skills:

  • Manage programme operations with effective field coordination
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on plans and activities
  • Support and Coordinate Procurement
  • Analyze data for reporting and decision-making
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Soft Skills:

  • Self-driven and accountable
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination
  • Performs well under pressure and meets deadlines
  • Builds and manages field relationships

Education

Bachelors in Social Sciences / Finance

Experience

The required candidate should possess 5-6 years of experience in the capacity of financial management, budgeting, operations, coordination, communication & data management & analysis.
