Position: Manager Finishing Work & Quality Control

Department: Finishing Work & Quality Control

Job Location: Lake City, Lahore

Working Days: 6 days a week (8 hours shift. Not limited to due the projects)

The Lake City Developers Pvt. Ltd., a premier name in real estate and community development, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager Finishing Works & Quality Control to join our Project Management team in Lahore. This role requires a results-driven professional with a strong background in finishing works, site execution, and quality control to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all finishing activities of ongoing projects, including civil, architectural, and interior works.
• Ensure quality standards, specifications, and timelines are strictly maintained across all finishing works.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and site inspection systems.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with design, material specifications, and workmanship quality.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and prepare progress reports for management.
• Maintain project schedules, identify potential delays, and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on all finishing sites.
• Provide technical input during procurement of finishing materials to ensure quality compliance.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, supervisors, and quality inspectors to build a high-performing team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in finishing works and quality control in large-scale real estate, construction, or housing projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and modern quality standards.
• Excellent skills in project management, planning, and execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
