Incharge Textile Labs & Visual Inspection (Yarn/Fabric)

Gatron (Industries) Limited, one of the leading manufacturing companies operating in Pakistan. We are looking for Incharge Textile Labs & Visual Inspection Yarn/Fabric to manage our plant operations based in HUB Chowki.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for managing and supervision of production quality by implementing efficient and effective operation, testing samples, analysis and timely delivery of accurate results. Responsibilities include complete testing, which involves testing raw materials, materials during production, finished goods and packaging materials. Ensuring Maintain & calibrate all equipment and apparatus.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise lab staff, manage training and development
• Oversee testing and inspection activities, pending work and ensure timely and accurate results. Highlight abnormalities and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Implement efficient testing methods, ensure equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Manage SAP QM activities, documentation, and inspection lot releases
• Maintain lab inventory and monitor budget compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with departments and communicate findings effectively.
• Ensure all activities adhere to approved testing ranges, procedures, and quality standards
• Responsible for the preparation and participation in multiple internal and external audits of the QM Yarn sections.
• Enforce lab safety protocols, conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to company HSE standards.

Minimum Education

Master’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field

Job Related Experience

2 - 3 years of relevant expereince or Textile industry.
