The Manager Food & Beverages will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all food and beverage operations within the hospital. The role ensures high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, cost control, and service excellence for patients, staff, and visitors, in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualification Requirements :
BS/MS in Food Technology, Hospitality Management or a related field. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene protocols, inventory control, vendor management, and hospital catering operations. Proven leadership, budgeting, and operational management skills.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in food & beverage operations, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within a hospital or large institutional setup.
