We are looking for an experienced Manager FTTH Planning to lead the planning, design, and implementation of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GPON technology, ODN design, network planning, and project coordination to support large-scale FTTH deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and design of FTTH networks for greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Review and finalize ODN designs in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.
• Prepare High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), BoQs, BoMs, and Scope of Work (SoW).
• Develop project cost estimates and CAPEX calculations.
• Coordinate with regional teams, contractors, procurement, commercial planning, and project management teams.
• Forecast ODN material requirements and support inventory planning.
• Evaluate ODN products and vendors to ensure optimal network quality and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and training to field teams on FTTH deployment and testing.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and compliance with standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in FTTH Planning, GPON, ODN Design, or Telecom Network Planning.
• Strong knowledge of GPON architecture, FTTH deployment models, ODN components, and fiber network planning.
• Experience in preparing HLD, LLD, BoM, BoQ, SoW, and CAPEX estimates.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
