Manager HR

We are looking for an HR Manager who can handle following jobs;

• Salary & Payroll Management.
• Managing ESI, PF, Professional Tax returns.
• Handling new PF & ESI enrolments, claims & KYC updates.
• Annual & Half yearly returns filing related to factory & labour and professional tax dept.
• Renewal of trade license, factory license, rent agreement.
• Letter drafting and managing correspondence.
• Follow up with concerned departments for insurance renewal and vehicle documents.
• Conducting regular visits to all the workshops in Dakshina Kannada & Udupi dist.
• Recruitment through online job posting, visiting diploma & ITI colleges.
• Managing and implementing incentive schemes to Sales and workshop teams.
• Identifying and recognizing the employees based on their performance.

License/Certification:

• Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
