Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations and support company growth through effective recruitment, performance management, policy development, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits through HR systems.
• Conduct performance evaluations and organize training programs.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant regulations.
• Prepare HR reports for senior management.
• Lead and coordinate HR team members and work closely with Finance and department heads.
• Maintain confidentiality, enforce company policies, and promote a positive, inclusive work culture.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in HRM, MBA (HR), or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in HR software, ERP/CRM systems, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
