About the Role:

As a Manager HR in the garments industry in Pakistan, your job description would encompass a range of responsibilities and tasks. Here is a comprehensive list of typical job descriptions for this role:

Recruitment and Staffing:

· Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified talent for various positions within the organization.

· Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations to the management team.

· Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.

Employee Relations:

· Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment within the organization.

· Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues, following established company policies and local labor laws.

· Promote employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.

Performance Management:

· Implement performance management processes to evaluate employee performance, set goals, and provide regular feedback.

· Coordinate the performance appraisal process and assist in identifying employee training and development needs.

Training and Development:

· Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee data, attendance, leave, and other relevant information.

· Utilize HR software and systems to streamline HR processes and data management.

Leadership and Team Management:

· Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed.

· Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Administrative Management:

· Oversee general administrative functions, including office management, facilities maintenance, security, and logistics.

· Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for various services required by the organization.

· Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
