Location: Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi
Experience Required: 3-4 Years
Education: Graduate in HR or Marketing (master’s degree preferred)
Role Overview: The Manager – HR & Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. The role requires strong coordination with cross-functional teams and performance monitoring to support organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline daily operational processes to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and workflows
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare analytical reports for management review
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
- Maintain professional client relationships and resolve operational concerns
- Support HR and Marketing initiatives aligned with business strategy
- Oversee task delegation and team productivity
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational standards
- Provide data-driven insights to assist strategic decision-making
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- High organizational and time-management skills
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- 3-4 years of relevant operational management experience
