Qualification & Experience

• MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the FMCG industry

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and business partnering functions
• Align HR strategies with overall business objectives and organizational goals
• Oversee recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives
• Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
• Drive organizational development and change management initiatives
• Provide strategic HR advisory support to senior management
