1. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities for store and HO employees.
  • Ensure HRMS data accuracy and timely updates across employee records.

2. Payroll & Compliance

  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with finance.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, shops & establishment).
  • Handle statutory audit documentation and reports.

3. HR Operations & Policies

  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements for efficiency.
  • Maintain HR dashboards, attrition reports, and other MIS.
  • Support manpower budgeting and store-level HR audits.

4. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor attendance through biometric and HRMS systems.
  • Manage leave, shift, and roster administration for retail and support staff.

5. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling

  • Support HRBP/HO in driving employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as first-level contact for grievance redressal and employee queries.

6. Vendor & Store HR Coordination

  • Liaise with regional/store HR representatives and staffing agencies for timely documentation and compliance.
  • Manage third-party manpower agency coordination and invoice validation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
