MANAGER - HSE (Nabisar, Umerkot, Sindh )

• Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE management on Water Reservoir / Infrastructure Projects.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE codes, regulations, and international standards.
• Ensure all HSE documentation, including inspections, audits, training and incident reporting, is accurately maintained and submitted on time.
• Review and approve HSE plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Lead emergency preparedness by developing, implementing, and testing response plans, evacuation drills, and contingency protocols.
• Serve as the main focal point for HSE matters with project managers, contractors, and client representatives.
• Take full responsibility for implementing and enforcing project-specific HSE policies and procedures.
• Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, and near misses, and ensure root cause analysis with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare weekly and monthly HSE performance reports for management and clients.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and enforce compliance at all levels.
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
• Ensure compliance with environmental permits and sustainability practices at the project site.
