Qualification : Engineering or Diploma in Engineering Discipline

Experience: Minimum 0f 3 Years in organized sector, preferably in Logistic company.

Computer Skills : MS office (EXCEL), Power Point Presentation and email communication. Capability to understand and run company ERP software.

Ability : Team Player, good in English (writing, reading & speaking), communication & presentation skills, knowledge on tracker monitoring.

Language : Can easily communicate in English, Urdu or native language.

Age : 25 - 35 Years.

Position : 1 No (Immediate)

Location : Karachi (Gulbai)

Working days : 06 days per week.

Salary : 90-95k.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HSSE Manager in implementing and monitoring safety activities, including emergency response drills, spot checks, incident investigations, and training sessions.
• Maintain records in line with customer requirements for Road Transport Safety (RT Safety).
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Carry out safety walks and inspections of workshop machinery and equipment.
• Ensure implementation and compliance with Safe Systems of Work (SSW) in the workshop.
• Conduct daily safety sessions/toolbox talks with drivers.
• Maintain HSSE records in both hard copy and company software systems.
• Monitor and document violations through DVR (vehicle dashcams).
• Manage inventory records of driver PPEs and vehicle tools.
• Conduct terminal safety walks, including fire extinguisher (FE) inspections.
• Prepare incident presentations and deliver safety awareness sessions for drivers and staff.
• Ensure reporting, documentation, and corrective actions for potential incidents and safe cards.
• Work in close coordination with operations staff to resolve driver and vehicle-related safety issues

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
